The Beer and Flip Flop run is a true Florida Classic so expect great weather and even greater fun! The course is flat and fast and fully paved. Enjoy the awesome flip flop or beer finisher's medals to choose from after your run/walk, so join us in Florida at Wings Etc on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at 3419 Alternate 19 Palm Harbor, FL 34683

With the cool weather in January in Florida we will start the 5K and the 10K at 10:30 a.m. with check in beginning at 9:30 AM race day only at Wings Etc. This is a fully paved run walk along the Pinellas Trail timed by Weatherswood Timing Inc. in for overall results and awards for top finishers. All participants will take home an awesome beer themed bottle opener finishers medal and Wings Etc. Tshirt.

Our post race party will be unbelievable at this beautiful new establishment perfect for an afternoon of fun, laughter, running followed by spirits and libations food and sports. Our Free beer and flip flop post race party will not disappoint so invite the entire family. Parking is in the main parking lot at Wings Etc. or directly behind the building and is also permitted in the attorney's office to the South of the venue. Do not park along Alternate 19 or in the Nelson Construction lot.

An email will go out to all registrants Friday (the day before the event) with your bib number assignment, arrival and parking instructions, along with any information you need for a successful morning and a great day of running.

Register early as this event will sell out and we hope that you will be one to join us at this great 5K 10K which will also serve as great preparation for the larger races many of you have planned throughout January and February!
